10.2. For matters relating to this Policy and to data processing:

The postal address is stated in the Company's details in the agreements and on the official website.

11.Cookies and web analytics services

11.1. The website https://scalesloading.com and the Portal use cookies and similar browser storage technologies (localStorage) — small pieces of data that are stored on the user's device and read on subsequent visits to the website.

11.2. The following categories of cookies are used:

11.2.1. Necessary cookies

No consent required

  • Maintaining the session and authorisation on the Portal (personal account)
  • Remembering the selected interface language and the currency in which prices are displayed
  • Ensuring security: protection against unauthorised access, request forgery and automated attacks
  • Remembering the user's cookie choice — the sl_consent cookie

Necessary cookies are required for the website and the Portal to function, are set without separate consent and cannot be disabled in the website's cookie settings.

11.2.2. Analytics cookies

Only with consent

  • Yandex Metrica — a service of YANDEX LLC; data may be processed on servers located in the Russian Federation
  • Google Analytics — a service of Google LLC (USA); data may be processed on servers located in the USA and other countries

Through these services the Company receives anonymised visit statistics: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate region and visit duration. IP addresses are anonymised by the services themselves. The Company does not pass the user's name, e-mail, phone number or other account data to the analytics services.

11.3. Analytics cookies are set and analytics scripts are loaded only after the user's consent given in the cookie banner (the "Accept all" button or selecting the "Analytics" category in the settings). If "Necessary only" is chosen, the analytics services are not loaded.

11.4. The user's choice is stored in the sl_consent cookie for 180 days, after which the banner is shown again. The banner is also shown again when the set of analytics services used changes.

11.5. The user may change or withdraw consent at any time — via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page of the website or by deleting cookies in the browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

11.6. The use of Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics involves cross-border data transfer, which is carried out as described in section 9 of this Policy. Data processing by these services is also governed by their own privacy policies.

12.2. In the event of material changes to data processing conditions, the Company may additionally notify users by any available means (by e-mail, through the interface of the Software or the Portal, etc.).

12.3. Continued use of the Software and/or the Portal after the updated version of the Policy takes effect constitutes the user's consent to such changes.
